These terms cover your use of BestSpace during early access. By creating an account or using account features, you agree to them.
What BestSpace does
BestSpace helps people find verified listings, see available tour times, book tours, and submit applications. Listings, prices, and availability can change. A booking confirms a tour time; it is not a lease or a promise that an application will be approved.
Your account
Provide accurate information, protect your sign-in details, and use the service only for genuine housing or space needs. Do not misuse another person's information, upload harmful material, interfere with the service, or use an account for fraud or harassment.
Tours and applications
Arrive for the time you booked or change it before it begins. Same-day times appear only when a place has an opening. Application details must be accurate. Owners remain responsible for their listing details and decisions.
Early-access changes
Features may change as BestSpace prepares for launch. We may limit or end access when needed to protect users, records, or the service. Important updates will be reflected on this page.
