  • You pay us only when someone moves in because we introduced you.
  • The fee is half of that person's first month's rent.
  • You pay nothing before a move-in.
  • The fee is due 30 days after the move-in date.
  • This applies to move-ins within 12 months of our introduction.
  • We charge no fee at all on a Medi-Cal Assisted Living Waiver placement.
  • We show the state's records for your home whether you pay us or not.
  • Either of us can end this agreement in writing at any time.

We store your name, the date, and the version of these terms.
